These Six Rules help people journey into a normal relationship with food. Which improves their confidence, their health, and their well-being. These rules are based in science and are simple. She would love to have the opportunity to share them with you. It is very important to understand that your health starts with you, and a balanced lifestyle of sustainable wellness is achievable. It’s time for you to see what changes you can bring to your life.
