KARITÉKarité is a clinically-backed body care brand founded by 3 sisters, one of whom is a board-certified dermatologist, Dr. Naana Boakye. The brand sources ingredients from Africa. Karité products have gone through clinical trials, and are clinically proven to alleviate dry skin for all skin types, skin tones ages and genders.
Karité’s ingredients include unrefined shea butter, organic coconut oil, sustainably sourced palm oil and other beautiful, natural botanicals. No dyes, silicones, artificial fragrances or parabens are in our formulations. Partnering with women-run farming co-ops in northern Ghana allows us to know exactly where and how our shea nuts are processed, meaning we can track our products from tree to tub.
We blend these pure ingredients with unrefined organic coconut oil and other botanicals to create the perfect moisturizer that soothes and heals even the most sensitive, dry skin.
