Walking Directions from Lobby to Showcase:

Enter into the lobby and take the elevators or escalators to the 2nd floor. Once you land on the 2nd, the Americano ballroom will be the first large ballroom to the side of the escalators

Treatments at the Spa: Head outside of the hotel and back toward the front fountain. Continue on to the St. Moritz Tower and head down the hallway.
