Leekyung Han is the CEO at Polaris Advisor (PA) in Seoul, Korea. PA is a boutique real estate advisory with a specialty in wellness retreat and hospitality development. She is an author of “Anything about Wellness,” and “Anything about Hotels.” The key clients include KPMG, Marriott APAC (GDAP), CJ, Sampyo and private equity funds. With over 20 years of global experience in real estate development in the USA, UAE, Hong Kong and China, she has developed and led milestone projects such as the Cultural District at Saadiyat Island In UAE (the backbone of Louvre, Guggenheim, National Museum of Abu Dhabi), the first holistic wellness retreat (175,000 sm) in China, a lifestyle office building in Tokyo, Japan, the mixed use development of Ampang Park, KL, and a negotiation of land compensation with KL MRT.
